SoPromote.com ("SoPromote", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") provides media buying, audience targeting, and automated video promotion management for YouTube content creators, musicians, record labels, podcasters, and businesses.

SoPromote is an independent digital media management service. We are not owned by, directly endorsed by, or legally affiliated with YouTube, LLC or Google LLC. However, all promotion campaigns executed by SoPromote are created, targeted, and distributed exclusively through certified Google Ads manager accounts in strict adherence to the Google Ads Terms of Service and YouTube Partner Program Guidelines.

By submitting a YouTube URL, configuring campaign targeting on SoPromote.com, or submitting an order to our WhatsApp desk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

We strictly refuse and cancel any campaign promoting prohibited material as defined by Google Ads Policies, including:

5. Campaign Launch Timelines & Natural Pacing

Once your order is confirmed via our WhatsApp desk:

1. Ad Group Configuration (12 - 24 Hours): Our certified specialists configure demographic targeting, keyword affinities, and placement exclusions in Google Ads.

8. Channel Security: Zero Password Policy

SoPromote will never ask for:

• Your Google account email password or 2-factor authentication codes.
• YouTube Channel Manager or Ownership permissions.
• OAuth authentication or third-party channel access tokens.

All advertising campaigns are launched from our independent Google Certified Partner MCC (My Client Center) ad accounts using public video links. Your channel credentials remain 100% private and protected in your hands.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoPromote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, channel monetization changes by YouTube's separate internal policies, or algorithmic fluctuations outside Google Ads delivery.

In all events, SoPromote's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any campaign shall not exceed the exact total monetary amount paid by the client for the specific disputed campaign.
